How long until fully feathered?

I have 2 goslings (Brown Chinese and African - one of each) that are 2.5 weeks old now. Approximately how long does it take a gosling to be fully feathered to move outside? I've raised ducklings and other poultry before, but goslings are new to me. Thanks!

Are you going to offer heat? if not fully feathered is about the same as ducklings.
