How Long Until Hatch

I put two eggs under my broody silkie. What would be the soonest and the longest number of days until hatch? I would like to now when to
remove the eggs if they do not hatch. The two eggs came from my white crested polish bantam hens and the roo is a silkie.

It takes 21 days to hatch chicks. But I would wait 23 or 24 days for any late bloomers if they haven't all hatched in 21 days.
