how long until you should put eggs in the incubator? + more ?'s

we candled the older eggs today. Was so cool to see the little chickies growing inside. Tried the new ones but as said above they were really dark. going to give it another go on tuesday, they will have been in there for 6 days by then. The incubator is in a warm room so hopefully they wont loose too much heat, Will pass on that it needs to be done quickly. Will also try and group all the eggs together to make it eaiser
