Recently lost a 2 1/2 moth old australorp X hen in behind our house. We looked for hours this morning but could not find her. It is extremely hot and dry right now and will be for the next week at least.
I left water and food outside the run just in case she makes it back and is stuck outside the run at sometime.
How long does she have without water? What else can I do?
Temperature is 30 DegC or 85 - 90 DegF
