How Long Will Eggs Last?

I'm getting ready to attempt my first incubation and am gathering up my eggs from my girls that I want. How long can the eggs last before I need to start incubating?

A week is fine in the right conditions. Two weeks is fine when they are stored right. I know people who have gone three weeks and it's been fine. I would say two weeks is probably a good time you should start incubating them by.
