How long will hen wait for All eggs to hatch before leaving nest? ?

I have a hen on 7 eggs, 1 hatched yesterday. How much longer will she stay on the nest? I have put food and water close to her so will she stay for another day or 2 to give the other eggs a chance to hatch?

Also if my hen gets off the nest to look after chick... I have a broody I have tried in the breaker cage for 2 days but she's still broody so I could put my hatching eggs under her but they'll hatch in a day so would she accept them?

So cute! Mom will leave the eggs when she either knows no more will hatch or she has enough to take care of. I let nature take it's course. You could try putting the unhatched eggs under the other broody hen after the current one leaves the eggs. But make sure the broody hens and their chicks are separate, many broody hens will kill the other's chicks.

Thanks! I'll see how current hen goes and separate them if I transfer the eggs to broody.

Keep an eye on the calendar if you transfer eggs to the other broody so that you don't have any rotten eggs that break/explode under the broody hen.

She will definitely leave eggs behind to tend for her chicks. I have pulled abandoned eggs and put them in an incubator but I cant recall if any hatched.
