I have a 19 week old BO who has just started laying in the past week. She sat on the egg for probably an hour and only moved because our PR forced her out of the box by pecking at her. She had 2 little blood spots on her head today! Is this normal?

She seems to be in the learning process of what laying is all about. Usually will be a while until she gets into the broody state of mind and want to sit on the eggs. The blood spots is probably from your other hen tell her "hey get your tail up out of there I need to lay my egg too". Just keep an eye on her to make sure the other hen doesnt tear her up from the pecking.
