The past two days, he has been sitting on a golf ball that I put in the nest boxes for my new girls. The first day, I thought it was cute. Now I am starting to wonder about this guy.

Kimmie has a silkie roo that hatches her eggs.

That is one of the oddest things about silkies. Even the roos will go broody.

That is too funny. I keep telling DH that we need to buy live incubators. Are silkies notoriously broody? I was thinking of picking up a couple to hatch for me in the spring.
