how long?

Today is day 23 I have 4 eggs that do not look developed and 4 eggs that look like they are still alive (hard to say if its veins or feathers) How long until I should score the egg and look? I have 6 hatched already between monday morning and this morning (the one today needed help, he was a big one!)
