Easter Egger (not an actual breed though) Barred Rock, White Rock and/or Leghorn, Sex-Link (again though not an actual breed) Silver Laced Wyandotte, Welsummer or Brown Leghorn, and what appears to be either a Black Sex-Link or Australorp in the back.


My "or" and unsures are because I require a better view of the head or earlobes to say for sure

That black one in the back I missed.. I'd guess BSL. Not sure on the one I marked Wellie.. Either a Welsummer or a Brown Leghorn (red or white earlobes, respectively).

btw, it's hard to write with a touchpad!

You're doing a great job, girls! I've studied the pix on-line for hours trying to identify my girls. Since this is our first flock, we have a lot to learn. The one you called a "RSL" in the upper right - I assume you mean red sex link... I thought she was a Red Star.

RSL=Red Sexlink=Red Star=Cinnamon Queen=ISA Brown. All the same thing.

but I've had chickens for 6 years and been on here for 4 of those, so I've learned a lot.
