How many can you fit?

I have a Hova Bator1602N and have a lady that will purchase as many chicks as I can hatch. My Turner isn't working right and the last two hatches I have had a better hatch rate hand turning and wondered how many I could safely expect to be able to set. I have 37 as of this evening and planned on adding at least two more tomorrow before I place them all in the bator. what was your highest number you were able to set and what was your final hatch rate?

56 is how many I got in... will candle and I am sure remove some ( clear, bloodrings etc) I have a still air so my thought is once a day to rotate out to in and such.. I did my morning turning and the outside eggs felt as warm as the inside eggs so maybe they are warm enough. will know for sure when I candle them
