How many chickens 4x8 coop, 32ft run

We are designing our first coop. We were thinking to save pennies and to keep things simple we'd build a 4x8 coop and this will be placed next to our shed that is 32' long so we'd just fence off the length of the shed. I've been looking around and that seems to be a very large run.
What are your thoughts?
How many chickens could we hold?

I am also planning a coop. What I found is you want 2-4 sq. ft. per bird indoors, and 8 sq. ft. per bird outdoors.
