As of right now, I have 6 adult chickens, but I am hoping to get 4 more this season. The outdoor area has 3 different sections, all of which are available for my hens all day. I have a large perch that I will be putting in soon, and I am planning on removing the boards by the end of the month. In the summer, they have three different shade sources, the red rabbit hut, the doll house, and an umbrella. I will also be turning the tire into a dust bath for my ladies. They have access to the coop during the day, and I lock them in at night. They also get free range time almost everyday. The coop has a poop shelf, and a flat perch. In the winter I put up a tarp that shades the perch from the heat lamp that I turn on at night, as it gets very cold where I live. If anyone has a any feedback or advice regarding space and enrichment, I would love to hear it !

First of all, the "men at work" poop-shoveling sign is awesome! :gig

As for what you are asking, just eyeballing your photos - it looks like your outdoor space is sufficient.

The photos of your indoor space - is this inside the plastic playhouse? What are the measurements of the floor space? (X' wide by Y' long) What is the longest you can make a roost bar? (5' long, 4' long, 10' long.) It looks big in the photos, but I don't really have any perspective to gauge the actual size.

The outdoors look like a wonderland, but besides the big corrugated black tube and the structures, what shelter do you have from aerial predators? (hawks and eagles, and per my girls, American Airlines commuter aircraft) It's useful to have shrubs and other hidey places in the middle of the outdoor area in case something swoops in without warning.
