How many chickens for a coop 4x5 foot??

I built a coop with an attached run for when hawks are present but i plan to free range them as much as possible. How many hens can fit comfortably in a 4x5 coop? Its has some height as well. Run is 12ft.

The general rule of thumb is as follows:

Inside coop - 4 sq ft per bird
Run - 10 sq ft per bird
