Mille Fluer D'Uccle(7 weeks)
Dark Brahma(13 weeks)
Speckled Sussex(12 weeks)
Rhode Island Red(13 weeks)
Golden Laced Wyandotte(9 weeks)
Frizzle Cochin(9 weeks)

we have 10 chicks but one doesn't seem to be doing so well, so we may be down to nine tonight. hopefully she'll make it through!

Right now, we have 37 chicks and 10 eggs in the bator going into lockdown on Saturday.

I have a Hudan hen that hatched 2 mutt eggs, a polish hen that hatched 2 mutt eggs and an Australorp hen that ended up with 5 hatchlings. I think the father to all are my gorgeous, red Polish boy, Hector. I feel a little like a "chicken mill" letting these eggs hatch but I will be a responsible chicken owner and keep them all. Hope I don't have two many roosters because I'm having trouble finding places for bachelors to live. I have four in my horse barn and two in my back yard so that I only have one with my hens! I love chickens!

We just received our first chicks, 4 BPR's and 2 RIR's. I could not imagine having 20+ at one time!!!
