We're in Texas -- 90 degrees-plus days. Just found a cache of eggs from our backyard free-rangers, I'm guessing about 3-4 days' worth. Toss or keep? Is there a standard for this?
seems to me they are fine. someone explained to me that if mother nature can allow the first egg in a clutch to be several days older than the last egg - and they are able to turn into chicks in 3 weeks, that they are good enough to eat as well. lol. go ahead and get some other opinions first. but more research is fun. I searched camping and eggs and got alot of good info.
