How many days do I give my chickens sulmet?

What bottle do you have? Mine is Sulmet sulfamethazine sodium 12.5% Drinking Water Solution, and lists the dose as 2 tablespoons (1 fluid ounce), and the timeframes as:

Infectious Coryza: 2 consecutive days
Fowl Cholera & Pullorum: 6 consecutive days
Coccidiosis: 2 days, then 1/2 strength for 4 days
