How many degrees should I rotate duck eggs?

I am hatching some mallard eggs and am hand turning them. When I turn them (3 times a day) am I supposed to turn them 180 to the complete opposite side, or only 90 degrees? I haven't really found a definitive answer. Thanks

When I hatched mallards I turned them 180 degrees 3 times a day. I had good results with that! Don't forget to air them also, I started with that on day 5 and did the number of the day in minutes.
