Update: I didn’t die

But I wanted to drop and lay down on the grass

I ran up and down the hills a bunch as well as did sprints and a bit of jogging up and down the driveway. The sprints nearly killed me


and the hills. They’re steep. Going back up was rough. But right when I was ready to go in and didn’t think I could possibly do any more after the sprints, I forced myself to do a couple more hills. Also of course walked up and down the driveway or hills a bunch in between to cool off/not die

Anyway, even though I was panting/breathing extremely heavily and felt like collapsing and my heart rate spiked into like the 160s, I think it was worth it and, in the spirit of
@Kiki suggestion to move throughout the day rather than just once, I am going to do it all again later. Probably tonight. I’m going to go for a walk too in a bit after I recover a bit and eat something. I knew I was out of shape but this is just embarrassing and also kinda terrifying.
