Ooh, there's lots... you could make ice cream, you could make whipped cream, pastry cream, creme brulees... there's a plethora of recipes online for these foods and others.

Whipping cream and heavy cream are the same, by the way.

Heavy cream. I bought a big container because I was trying to learn to make caramel sauce from scratch and um ... there was steep learning curve. But I still have quite a lot left regardless. Ice cream does sound good....wonder if I have enough eggs for the custard base...
