How many ducklings fit in a plate?

Well according to recent experiments...

4 or 5 will fit into a 9" pie plate, leaving 6 or 7 unhappy duckings on the outside trying to get in.

So, I added a second pie plate for them...

Today, I am moving to the tupperware type equipment. LOL


These guys thought they were in duckie heaven...they even tried to "paddle" before they splashed all the water everywhere. hehehehe I love my duckies.

hehehe I am having a blast with them. Even with the messiness. My DH saw them in the pie plates and said "Baby, that is just so wrong...on so many levels". I said "That is all I had that was not too deep". LOL

That fit about 6...if you can't get over poop in a plate, then I'd hate to tell you all water is recycled!

I prefer my duck roasted but they are too small for that. So, for now they can play in the pie plate. They have a huge kiddie pool waiting for them but they are only 7 days old today....so I sat in their kiddie pool next to them yesterday while they played in the pie plate. hahahaha


Note: the kiddie pool is brand new and never used. and These duckies are going to be pets. Only extra drakes will be sold or eaten.
