How many eggs can a 10 lb Sussex brood?

My huge light sussex hen went broody yesterday sitting on only 2 eggs. I gave her about 10 more eggs I had collected for my incubator which she greedily pulled under her! Looks like she could easily fit a few more. Does anyone know how many would be appropriate for her to handle?

keep in mind it is not only the number of eggs she can sit on , my lf cochin can fit 24 easy under her oversizeds booty, but how many chicks she can raise

I wouldn't go over 16

maxed out with 16 eggs under her and now down to 14. 1 broke and 1 disappeared.
