My bantams can usually sit on 10 bantam eggs, or 5 full sized eggs.

They can sit on a lot, but too many and they can't turn them all properly, 4 is good, up to six before they start having trouble maintaining them.

This is what I do, also. Well, I'll give them 6 full sized eggs but mine are Cochins and I don't know if the fluff helps them cover more eggs
