I've been counting eggs since the first of the year, my record was 28 for my older hens. I purchased chicks in March and April so now I have 11 pullets and 3 older hens. My pullets have started laying and I'm still keeping track of eggs. Two weeks ago I got 12 eggs combined, (that's pullets and older hens combined). Last week I got 20 eggs total and this week I got double that amount for a total of 40, and today I beat the average for a 7 day week, I got 8!!!!!!!!!! This is so eggsciting!!!!!
Does anybody else keep track like I do?
