1, it was my second egg though, I got my first egg yesterday! I have 20 hens but only one has started laying, the rest should be following along.

Only had 4 from my 10 ladies today.....have been getting 8 to 9 each day. Yesterday had 6 and 1 had no shell. I think/hope it's just the heat.
