1. The very first 1. Never so happy to see a tiny little egg!

We've gotten 3 eggs out of 5 chickens the last two days. My chickens are young though (22 weeks) and I'm not even sure if they're all laying yet.

My Ameracauna (I only have one, the others lay brown eggs, so I know all the green eggs come from her) laid two eggs last week (her first), didn't lay for 5 days, then yesterday laid a double yolker!

This is my second 3-egg day, and they just started laying last week. COME ON GIRLS!!!!

3 of the 7 haven't started laying yet - so it has been a very good week.
