How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

I inadvertently have wound up with 6 banty 4 silky, 2 more I did not even know they where banty when i bought them ended the day with 7 banty eggs my broody is a silky she keeps stealing the other threes eggs

I have a broody silkie right now to! She just started yesterday and she had no eggs so I gave her an egg from each of my hens that I collected the day before. She's sitting on one of her eggs, 2 bcm, and a white hen I do not know her breed. She will be a year old in July she is already wanting to be a mother

My last two winter freeloaders have finally come back into lay! Got 5/6 yesterday including my SLWyandotte and 4/6 today including my BuffOrp.

Does anyone know - is this common for the girls to be in sync like that coming back into lay together?

I think it is common/normal.it happened with my girls that way. The last one of mine to come into lay was my oldest hen. All it took was one of my hens to start laying again and then they all were and now I have a broody.
