I finally got an egg today! ! egg from 7 hens and a duck but its a start LOL

84 today 104-108 each day all last week from 160 chickens with about 20 to young to lay but almost ready guess the cold slowed thelm down.

2 from 13 hens...I have one that consistantly lays a soft egg. I think that is when they turned into egg-eaters!!! They have grit and oyster shell in their run @ all times. I am about ready to start over. Can`t find the soft egg laying machine. Have spotted one of them munching an egg. Have wooden eggs in all of their nests. Any suggestions???
