How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

Found 5 today so far. One is another double yolk jumbo.

Only one today but Martha was on the nest box when I locked up. Just been back out and she still hadn't laid an egg. I've put her on the roost to keep the nest box clean. Will probably have another egg on the floor tomorrow.

We've been holding it a steady 13. There are 23 birds of laying age. Just 12 of those are pullets.
While most of my older birds are molting there are a few holdouts still laying.

13 again here. That leghorn needs to just stop and molt already! She is 7 years old.

7 out of 8 this morning. And I gave my neighbor a full 18 egg carton of beautiful brown eggs.

3 from the big girls pullet eggs actually put them in banty egg carton.
Banty on strike. May break that they are in their tractor.

Yesterday the count was ZERO, NADA, NIL.

I held a pep talk, and suggested that if eggs weren't forthcoming, grapes would cease to be available.

It appears two of the pullets listened...and nice sized eggs, too!
