This is the first day for twelve eggs from twelve hens. I can't believe it! What good girls. I made them scrambled eggs, yogurt and rolled oats for a snack.

25 from our 29 GG's today!!! The chillbox is starting to fill up. I can only take in 6 or 8 dozen max on Monday but I'll bet dollars to donuts they'll be gone before 8 AM.

My 27 week old RIR started this week so picked up the slack as girls took a day off.

4 from 15 that are laying today. waiting on the 5 other young pullets to start 3 rhode island reds and 2 black sex links should see some progress in a month or so.

15 today!!!!!Have 34 ranging from 5-7 months- we are so excited!!!! Can't wait till they all start to lay.
