7/16 yesterday. Considering several are mid-molt, low temps are in the single digits, and the wind during the day has been averaging close to 20 MPH daily, I'm not complaining. Poor cold girls! Some hot oatmeal yesterday was VERY appreciated.

My girls are doing great! They don't seem to mind this nasty weather..getting 6-9 eggs a day, which I have 13 hens. But I'm not complaining...they are giving us plenty of eggs to sell and keep! My daughter just loves selling her eggs, she loves her chickies!! But we are anxious to have them all geared up in the Spring-man I will be swimming in eggs!! Ewwww
