I got 4 eggs today out of 5 laying hens!!!! Yayy

2/2. I'm surprised how well my silkies lay! They don't even have a light and they haven't stopped laying since they started in the fall.
I've heard they are good fall/winter layers.

I get like 2 or 3 out of 4 hens, mostly because one of them was molting and is just getting out of it.

They all laid very late yesterday and the sun set today before they were ready to lay again. You should get 4 tomorrow... all before 9am.
