Got 4... Kaylee's taken 4 days off in a row now...

I'm missing those beautiful olive green eggs of hers..

Yesterday you said you expected 4 today and were spot on!

Only 3 today. Echo repeated, one was from a girl that last laid 5 days ago and the other was an EE that laid 2 days ago. I keep repeating myself but without the BAs and EEs, I'd be some kind of short on eqqs.

Surprisingly got 6 again today. Haven't had below that for quite a while. Keep expecting 4 one day, but apparently a few are laying every day, all week. Had 5 before 9:30 a.m. so tomorrow might be a full 8 day. High of 9* tomorrow, might keep the run closed. Will have to get the eggs pretty quickly, though, unless Miss Broody Pants keeps them warm, lol.

I got a luck eight today. A few are molting and some are still every other day. I think it might be the little extra light lately.

Nah, it was 9F here today and the girls went out. And in, and out, and in, and out.

Seems like they had a decent day. Not as decent as the prior weekend during the January thaw though. They were out ALL day

Woohoo 7 eggs again! The first couple times I thought I may have miscounted. I have 11 chickens, but one is broody and three aren't laying yet to my knowledge so everybody chipped in that could!

Yesterday we got 22. Today we got 21 from our 24 BSL's. It's going to be really cold here in central NC in a day or so and I'm betting the Gals will clam up with their generous donations. Cold in central NC would be highs in the lower 40's and lows in the lower 20's or high teens. Not up north cold...
