70 good grief I am making egg salad just hard boil dice (I use egg slicer) you can use two knives. and place in sandwich baggies and pop into one big freezer baggie. mix with mayo celery seed salt and pepper and a touch of mustard as needed. also I take a big batch to church dinners. this is to stop me from hatching any more chicks have 90 now.

It looks like my Ameraucanas are averaging around 2 every 3 days per hen and my white rock hasn't missed a day since I got her. The white rock eggs are small though??? She isn't a year old yet though.

We get anywhere from 3-5 eggs a day. Depends on if my cinnamon queen lays of not.
