How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

7 eggs from 6 chickens. Only cause one was in the middle of the coop yesterday so I left there for the day. I was lazy.

17 eggs today. Missing 1 white leghorn at lock up. Used the big flashlight to look around for her, but to no avail. On the good side, I also did not see a bunch of feathers or a dead chicken anywhere....
Maybe she will show up in the morning.
However, I did see a big hawk gliding quietly over the area when I left this morning ( and the chickens were out in the yard & woods). So....

/24, that's 12 from the pens, 2 from the cage, and 1 from the carriers

I hope you find her Karen. I don't think a hawk can cleanly carry off an adult large fowl chicken so I suspect she didn't end up as bird food.

6/10 yesterday. One possible broody, but she keeps trying to nest in an outside box. Might need to figure something out for her and put a few eggs in the bator.
