Try putting one of those fake eggs in the boxes. I know that my birds tend to gravitate to the nest that already has an egg in it.

8 today. Less eggs but real consistent. Working in new RIRs this year. Only 3 though, so far. First big hatch was cockerel heavy! Keeping 3 pullets and sold the rest this past weekend.

Try water glassing. It looks easy.

I get about 34 everyday and boy don't they add up quickly!
I will wash a bunch, gently mix the whites and yolks together. Then I put them into the big cupcake muffin tins with the paper liners and freeze them. One cupcake = 2 eggs. Great for baking, omelets and scrambled eggs.
