It's bizarre having to buy eggs. It's been over 25 years since I've had to do that. I do hope they get on the ball here pretty quick. Store eggs are icky.

How much room do you have in the freezer? Have a good chicken 'n Dumpling recipe? We have 6 fully matured Cornish Cross Roasters heading out to freezer camp hopefully this week. l have the craving for some of ma's dumplings with a pound cake that is full of double yolked eggs.

9.. I am pretty sure 3 of my hens are hiding eggs and one stopped laying. She is an older gal

April 30th 4 hens = two eggs(missing the big one and the part timer that lays pale nubbly eggs but not every day)

Maaaybe we’re past the naked eggs? There was a suspicious wet poo this morning and no big egg… but maybe she’s just clearing house and gearing up again?
