I got one yesterday, but at least they are starting to get a little bigger now My girls didn't get the memo about when to lay. They wait until after 4pm to lay

I have a couple of ladies who don't lay until just before sunset. I've tried to explain to them that I would like to be done checking eggs before dinner time, but they never listen.

Rainbow laid about every 26 hours her first autumn so is changed every day. They mostly lay before 2 pm now.

Only 2 yesterday. Decided to keep 9 of the babies, could get double digits this winter if any hens lay through!

I didn't get any yesterday, but this morning I found a hidden nest with 4 eggs in the dog house that my 2 goats sleep in. I was wondering why the goats started spending a lot of time in the chicken coop...they got ran out of their house! lol
