Yesterday: 8. 6 duck and 2 chicken.

Today: 10. 6 duck and 4 chicken!

I didn't get any 2 days in a row but today I got 5 (8 young hens and 4 older hens= 12 )I usually get 8 eggs a day but its miserably hot!

My gang is just hanging out in the barn, fans going for them and the horses. It’s not too bad in there.

Today I have 18 eggs. My young silkie pullet has finally decided to take the plunge and go broody. Silly girl, in this heat humidity and smoky air (wildfires).

Collected 8 today. (7/16) 5 duck and 3 chicken. There was a broken chicken egg in the nest though.

7 today. I have 13 and they just began laying a couple of weeks ago. The varying size and colors are neat to observe. I'm quite pleased, given the 100+ temps we have.
