Got 4 because I wasn't about to go fishing for the duck egg. The girls could have also decided to lay more under the back porch again

We only have chickens! All five who are laying out of our flock of 7 hens laid today! Will I have to buy eggs this month?? I'm so excited to be to this point! Because if they all lay at least 5 times a week that is 35 eggs a week! I know we go through at least two dozen a week ( we have 5 children)! We have two more hens that may or may not lay before spring if those started laying we should have enough very soon!
