How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

You think you've got slackers? I have 6 hens, and as of yet i'm only getting 2 eggs a day. One of which I've been finding on the floor under the roost - broken - early in the morning. Is one hen laying at night in her sleep and not bothering with a nest?

Dear Chickens,
Everyday I make sure you are fed and watered. I clean up after you and make sure you are safe every night. I let you frollic in the sun and and eat the green grass and bugs. My family thinks I have totally lost my mind but my devotion is tireless. All I ask in return is you, LAY some very' EGGS

! That I will lovingly wash and cherish to sight of them in my little basket.

I thought I was the only one to not be getting any eggs, guess not. my chickens have went on strike for weeks what's going on here?

I got 11 eggs today out of 22 hens total. I know one pullet is not laying yet, and maybe a couple of others, plus 4 of the hens are Silkies. I don't get as many eggs from them as from the Buffs, Wellies, and mutt hens.
