How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

24 from 25 .... maybe 24 from 23. I have 25 birds and at least two roos.. HUmmmmmmm Any ideas?

Collected 6 this am at 9:00 ; then son collected 5 at 10:30; last run at 4:30 collected 13

(all morning eggs were warm in nest boxes except one on the coop floor, no more there last night at 3:30P)

Had 17 yesterday & last egg run was at 3:30 and got one; 22 day before

I am finely up to 12 eggs out of 16 hens woohooo they only been laying a month .

My red sex links are ridiculously consistent got 5/5 today, yesterday, the day before that and the day before that actually in the last 4 weeks I have only had one 4/5 day. Our one EE averages a little better than an egg every other day.

First time ever today -- 8 eggs from 8 girls! DD was quite excited. The girls are 11 mos. old now. Guess spring is nearly here!

25/35 today, not as good as yesterday but good 'nuff for now as I've got way too many on hand as it is. I'm in the process of setting some for hatching but that's not gonna make much of a dent in around 40 'sumpin doz.. I guess I'd better get on the stick about tyring to market all these eggs, huh?

Just had to add, been doin' the red pepper thing and its working so far. I'm not so sure of tricking them its actually warmer but it is a good organic dewormer I've heard tell.

Yesterday 7 out of 18, new layers seem to start each week.

So far 5 for today but I think my two EE will crank out two eggs to make 7! They are little divas and lay when they only feel like it, lol!
