Yesterday we got 22 from our 30 Gold Comets! We just added 11 new GC started pullets about a month ago and they're just starting to come online. We've been getting 2 to 4 small bantam-size eggs for the past week or so but we're also getting more of the large eggs too so I'm assuming 5 or 6 of the Youngsters are laying now. That's a good thing (as Martha would say) since our original 6 GC's are molting. Don't know who's laying or not at the moment.

5/7 today. Found their shells a little brittle so went and picked up some osyter shells. going for 6/7 tomorrow. now just have to train these girls to lay in their boxes and not on the floor.
