there was a 3rd, but it was smushed under the hen we call The Hellion

I'm convinced they're hiding a nest somewhere, though I can't find one

I got 3 (baby eggs) from my 18 week olds only 3 laying out of 25 hens maybe in a few more weeks there will be plenty of eggs I hope

10/16 yesterday....but one broke on the mudroom floor....DH went to the coop without the basket.....

9/9 Third time in the last five days. I'm swimming in eggs.

I have a Welsummer, 14 mths old. She, Henny, gives me an egg most every other day.

Sometimes she waits an additional day before laying.

I also have a Barred Rock, about 6 mths old. She has not started laying yet. Hopefully soon!
