Wow! $5 per 18? That's great! I didn't realize you could charge that much for the eggs! I can't imagine I'd be able to sell them for that much here in Middle Georgia....anyone close by sell them? How much do you charge?

I gave my parents two dozen on Sunday! Haven't sold any in awhile though.

I did put a sign at the end of the driveway yesterday so we'll see if that helps. I'm going to make up fliers and put them at the local feed stores, and gas stations. Debating paying for an ad in the local newspaper. If I don't sell any with my signs and fliers, I'll have to do something. I'm getting close to two dozen a day!

How much are you paying for feed? I know I wouldn't get that much for a dozen here! Heck I'm having some people complain about $2.50/dz because you know you can buy eggs at Walmart for a bit over a dollar.

Ho hum. No signs made yet. But I did sell 1 dozen last week along with 3 jars of pickles. I made more money on the pickles.

I think I'm gonna barter with people if I can. I just can't understand people not wanting farm fresh eggs for cheap in a depressed area.

This week a friend is leaving to her winter home in Miami and I'm gonna give her all the eggs I can since she loves them so much.

I sold 6doz yesterday and 7doz today with someone coming for more on friday. I sell them for 3.00 a doz, or 2doz for 5.00, so most people are paying 2.50 a doz.
