How many Eggs did you Sell today?

i sold 14 dozen in 6 days now my hens went on a strike was getting a dozen aday now a half dozen . had to take sign down.

I never know because I can't keep enough in the box for the customers. It's like they wait for me to put some in the box and then the eggs are gone.

I'd have to say about 2 dz a day.

I have a waiting list as well. One day I got up to cook breakfast and I didn't have any eggs for myself. How could that have happened?

Jen? What about buying a colored poster from Wal Mart. I think they cost less than a dollar. You could have it laminated, so when it rains, you don't have to worry about it getting wet. You could get a nice neon color to make it stand out. Something like bright orange, lime green, bright yellow. How about getting on your computer and making some cute signs with chickens, eggs, etc. on it. You could print it out in color. You could glue those signs on your board. Once done, you could have it lamenated. Just a thought. I'm trying to think of things to help you get those eggs sold. I think this could be less than $10.00 to have all of this made.

Three dz. Thursday and Friday. Had to run to the "big city" yesterday and came home to find all my Easter Eggs gone, they just left me the brown ones, so I hope someone is enjoying their free breakfast today.

I give away all my extra eggs, about 5 dozen a week. sometimes I donate them to the senior group in my town. They cook them up for a free breakfest for all. feels good to feed people who need it.

twistedpickle - Thats a very nice thing to do.... I given my family and friend a ton of eggs, but it would be nice to sell enough to pay for my chicken feed.
