How many Eggs did you Sell today?

As fresh eggs don't hardboil very well, do you all "age" them before selling them, or do you give them the secret to boiling fresh eggs? Thanks, I hope to start selling this spring.

i always let them know how i boil my fresh eggs. i boil the water first and add some salt. after the water is boiling, i lower the eggs in the boiling water with a large spoon. do this very carefully. boil them the required time. after boiling, i run cold water on them or let them set in cold water and then i peel. PERFECT FRESH FARM BOILED EGGS EVERY TIME!!

there is another thread on here with different ways to boil fresh eggs. i'll look for it and post it.

4 doz. I could have sold 10 doz. more if I'd had them! I only get 4 - 7 large eggs a day and some days 1 or 2 so I don't have a huge supply. I charge 2.50 if you bring me the carton and 3.00 if you don't.

Sold 2 18pcks and 3 dz from my house...the feed store still has 5 dz. and 2 18 pcks. that they havent sold for me yet...that was brought to them b4 the holidays...I dont get cash from the feed store just credit to my account...so lately I have been trying to sell them on my own or give em to family and friends.

Friday sold 3 dozen to DH's coworker who then ordered 4 dozen more. Have only gotten 1 egg since

Hoping that doesn't mean they stopped laying.

I am charging $2/dozen. I am in West Virginia, where prices are a bit lower, I think, but I think I am probably not charging enough. Are any of you near me? Do you think I should increase prices?
