How many eggs does your family use in one week?

We go through at least an 18 pack every week. Sometimes we go through an 18 pack and a half in the week.

It will be nice not to buy store bought eggs.

My 22 week girls are due to lay any day now!

We eat an 18 pack a week too. Our 6 hens give us that a week, plus hatching eggs, plus eggs to give to all our family and friends. They lay 1 to 2 a day every day.

go through 6-12 eggs a week....some weeks less, some weeks more depending on if i am baking, if garden is pumping out alot of veggies to make quiches, fritattas etc. it is 2 adults and 2 babies...the babies aren't big egg eaters yet.
