By Breed, the averages are there.
Australorps, RIRs example are 5 per week

But each bird is an individual. I had a wyandotte growing up that laid every day her first laying year. So you never really know but the information at the link above will give you an idea.

Also, something that hasn't been pointed out (I don't think, unless I missed it) out of those week old "pullets" expect some to be male. The may not, but at the same time, they very well could. 3 of my 5 recent "sexed pullets" are male.

I have a barred rock, an easter egger, and two deleware hens. I get 1 egg each day from them. 4 eggs a day, 28 eggs a week.
