How many eggs under a broody turkey?

How many eggs should a turkey hen be set on? I have over 60 eggs to be set, a mix of chicken and turkey. I have two broody turkey hens and an LG incubator. I'd like them to incubate and raise the majority of them, or at least as many as possible. Thoughts?
I've already got the turkey eggs started in the incubator, and on day 7 I'll start the chickens so everyone will hatch the same time. Just not sure how to divide the eggs between everyone.

One hen sat 11 eggs already this year. Chicks are all sold and she's ready for more. She's a 10~lb Oregon grey. 11 chicken eggs fit under her no sweat. I'm worried more than a dozen might somehow be too much though?
